Can I manage more than one show?
Absolutely. Northflow works whether you're a solo creator managing your own show or running an entire agency or podcast network. Each workspace can hold up to 30 shows on the Agency plan. You can keep everything organized, jump between shows easily, and invite your team or clients without any extra friction. If you're managing more than 30 shows, just reach out to us — we’ve got options for you too.
Is this just for agencies?
Simply assign tasks to your guest, and they’ll be notified right away. They can upload files, leave comments, and stay in the loop—all without email chains.
How is this different from Trello, Airtable, or whatever I’m duct-taping together now?
Northflow was actually built for podcasters and agencies — not for software engineers or spreadsheet nerds. Everything from guest forms to asset management is designed to match how content teams actually work.

What happens when my trial ends?
You’ll get to choose a plan that works for you — monthly or yearly. If you don’t upgrade, you won’t be charged. You can always come back when you’re ready.
