Kanban View is Live!

If you’ve been using Trello to manage your podcast workflow, we’ve got great news—Kanban View is now in Northflow!

Now, you can visually track episode progress without bouncing between tools. Drag, drop, and organize your workflow the way you like it—all within Northflow. This update is live, so if you haven’t tried it yet, now’s the time!

The image showcases a structured workflow with clearly defined podcast production stages, allowing users to see where each episode stands in real-time. This update streamlines podcast planning, content production, and team collaboration, making it easier for creators and agencies to stay organized and meet deadlines.

Stages Are Here—No More Guesswork

Ever found yourself wondering: Where is this episode in the process? With Stages, that guessing game is over.

Now, you can track everything step by step—pre-production, recording, post-production, and beyond. Stages make it easier to see what’s in progress, what’s done, and what still needs attention, so your production stays on track.

Custom Forms Are (Coming Soon)

One thing we kept hearing in demos? Guest onboarding and client collaboration are all over the place—Google Forms, Notion, email chains, random docs.

We’re solving that. Custom Forms are in development! Soon, you’ll be able to manage guest intake, client requests, and episode planning without needing multiple tools.

What We’ve Learned from Recent Demos

Huge thanks to everyone who’s joined our recent demos—your feedback is shaping Northflow every step of the way. Here’s what’s standing out:

  • Too many tools, not enough time – Trello, Notion, Google Drive… podcasters are juggling multiple platforms just to stay organized. That’s why Kanban View is now built into Northflow.

  • Guest & client onboarding is a pain – Tracking guest info, episode approvals, and client feedback should be easier. That’s why we’re bringing Custom Forms into Northflow.

  • Production planning is messy – Many of you struggle with keeping track of what’s in pre-production, recording, or post-production. That’s exactly why we built Stages—it’s now live and ready for you to use.
