What is Northflow, really?
Northflow is the agentic operations platform for content and podcast teams. It brings your shows, episodes, guests, clients, tasks, and AI agents into one workspace, so instead of juggling spreadsheets and separate tools, your team works alongside agents that actually do the production work.
Can I manage more than one show or client?
Yes. Northflow is built to handle multiple shows, clients, and content types in one workspace, whether you're running a podcast, managing client content, or both.
Is this just for agencies?
No. Northflow works for solo creators and small teams too. Agencies get the added benefit of managing multiple clients and content types side by side, but you don't need to be an agency to use it.
How is this different from Trello, Airtable, or whatever I'm duct-taping together now?
Those tools track tasks. Northflow's AI agents actually do production work, drafting outreach, transcribing episodes, and preparing content, alongside the project tracking you're used to.
Can I bring my team (or my clients)?
Yes. Team size depends on your plan: Solo supports 1 user, Collective supports up to 10, Studio up to 20, and Enterprise is unlimited.
Do the agents work for content that isn't a podcast episode?
Yes. Agents like Blog Writer, Newsletter Writer, and Clip Creator work on any content piece you assign them to, not just podcast episodes.
Can I review or edit what an agent produces before it goes out?
Yes. Agents draft and prepare work, but nothing publishes without your review. You always approve what ships.
